Security

Access to digitally stored documents or forms are defined by the system administrator, allowing specific rights to be granted at various levels - individual users, groups, departments or the entire organization.
Audit and Compliance

Hikaru solutions are fully compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements. By tracking every occurrence of file access including views, changes and user information, the system creates a comprehensive and easy to retrieve audit trail.
